WHAT IS AUSSI MASTERS?

AUSSI swimming is about getting fit and having fun. Programmes are designed by the club coach to ensure swimmers swim safely and improve their overall fitness, strength, flexibility and well-being. Anyone over the age of 20 can be an AUSSI swimmer. If you can swim more than one or two laps then you can swim with us. As well as regular training sessions there are also timed swims and competitions for those who enjoy racing (though they're not compulsory!).
