AUSSI swimming encourages all people over the age
of 20 who love swimming to take the plunge.

What’s on this week 5th to 11th Jan 2009:

Mon night No Training,

Tuesday night: Grammar 6:30pm-7:30pm, Time Trials.

Thursday night: Grammar 6:30pm-7:30pm, Training. AMC 7pm, Training.

Saturday Morning: Grammar 7:30am, Training. AMC 6:45-8:00am Training.

Sunday Open water swim at Beauty Point 11:30am

Note: Open water swim be at Beauty Point by 11am to help set up, registrar and recieve course brief

Note: Time trials tuesday night arrive in time to have a warm up and fill out the time cards, racing starts at 6:30 sharp

Note: Pub night at the “Cock & Bull” Thursday after training. Brekkie at “Cube” this Saturday morning after training.

$4 per swim at A.M.C, $80 or $90 for 20 session swim cards available from Grammar.
