Tuesday night: Aerobic swim
, Grammar 6.30 pm

Thursday
night: Training, Aquatic Centre- 7pm
Saturday Morning: Training, Aquatic Centre- 7
am, Development session, Grammar Pool-
7.30am
Arrive early (6.45) for 7 pm

per swim
at Aquatic centre, $4.50 per swim at Grammar
Brekkie at “Cube Aqua” Aquatic centre on Saturday morning after
training.
Thursday
night pub night at the “Cock & Bull” after training.
